Each massage treatment administered in my office includes a hot rice compress, hot towel neck roll & either doTERRA essential oil or Topical Analgesic. **Not Included with stand alone Graston Technique Therapy sessions.** 

Integrative/Therapeutic Massage is a combination of different massage techniques some of the techniques I use are Swedish,Thai & Graston Technique. I tailor each massage to meet the clients own unique needs.

Swedish Massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits.  It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.  Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes.

Deep Tissue Massage (**Not Currently Offered**)

Graston Technique Therapy is an evidence based method of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM). May cause petechiae or slight bruising, although that is not the intended outcome.
